When direction becomes a plan.
Concept Master Planning is a separately appointed next stage, delivered through Duadan Developers and the appropriate design team. It translates an agreed development direction into a site-wide concept.
Concept planning is not construction or permit documentation. Advisory fees do not include construction, and no returns are guaranteed.
