What we collect
Name, email, preferred contact method, an optional WhatsApp number when selected, project details and up to five optional site photographs (JPEG, PNG or WebP, 10 MB each).
Why we collect it
To review your enquiry and recommend the appropriate next step. Cabin-only enquiries are shared with the Duadan team for follow-up.
What we do not collect
Title deeds, identity documents or financial records are never requested through this form.
Storage and retention
Enquiries and uploads are stored privately with controlled access. Retention and deletion periods to be agreed and stated here.
Analytics
Main-button clicks and successful enquiries are measured. Names, emails and uploaded content are never sent to analytics.
